Q: Do you sub-contract out any of your jobs?
A: NO. All work on every one of our jobs is performed by Springfield employees under the direction of Springfield supervisors. We are a family-owned and -operated hometown business with long-time employees. Most of our employees were born and raised right here in Northern Virginia. We wouldn't dream of trusting your exterior services projects to anyone else.

Q: Do you provide any services besides roofing?
A: Yes, Springfield Roofing, Siding, and Windows offers a full complement of services for repairing or upgrading your home or business. We provide expert installation of roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and skylights. We use only the finest available materials -- the finest wood, vinyl, and aluminum products that will provide you with lasting value.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Yes, our guarantees are the best in the business! In addition to the factory guarantee on materials, we offer a minimum 5-year guarantee on ALL OUR WORK! Our 10-year shingle roof guarantee is twice that of most of our competitors, and we guarantee commercial roofs up to 20 years.

Q: What kind of cleanup do you provide?
A: At the end of each workday we perform basic cleanup so that you won't have a mess to deal with. When we have finished a job, we magnet-sweep the area to remove all nails and other debris; then we perform meticulous cleanup to your satisfaction. While we are working we cover your shrubs and plants to protect them.

Q: Do you have liability insurance and workmen's compensation coverage?
A: We are fully covered by liability insurance and workmen's compensation. Our coverage protects our customers and employees in the unlikely event of any accidental damage or injury. We are covered by an "A+"-rated insurer for more than $3 million of total liability coverage.
